| team roster: | please include athletes 1st & last name -- grade level and division ( jv - varsity ). |
| due date: | email entries no later than 9/28 / 08 ( Sunday ) at 5pm. |
| course: | 3 mile measured xc course on the mckinley h.s. campus |
| ~ maps will be provided upon your arrival. | |
| ~ the course will be about 70% grass & dirt, 30% asphalt. | |
| races: | There will be two races. Girls JV / Varsity combined -- Boys JV / Varsity combined. |
| eligibility: | follow the eligibility rules of the O.I.A. |
| uniforms: | requested but not required. This meet will be conducted casually. |
| course marshalls: | None will be available. Please be sure that your athletes know the course. |
| The course will be throuroughly marked. | |
| trainers: | will be available at 2:00pm near the finishing area. |
| aid: | water will be provided after the race near the trainers area. |
| it is highly reccommended that you provide your own water / refreshments | |
| for your team members. | |
| refreshments: | jamba juice will be available for sale. Please inform your team members. |
| tentative meet time schedule: | |
| 2:00pm | course open for inspection |
| 2:30pm | coaches meeting |
| 3:00pm | girls -- jv / varsity combined race begins. |
| 3:40pm | boys -- jv / varsity combined race begins. |
| 4:15pm | pau meet. |
| ~ there will be one call 10 minutes prior to the start of each race. | |
| reminders: | |
| ~ this will be a non-scoring relaxed and casual meet. | |
| ~ we will pass out cards with finishing place on each card. | |
| ~ collect your team members finishing cards: | |
| write their : 1st & last name grade level -- school -- and division on the cards. | |
| ~ turn your cards in to the finishing clerk. | |
| ~ results will be sent out via email later Saturday evening. | |
